**Chuangchi’s Second Workshop Completes Central Air-Conditioning Installation, Significantly Improving Employees’ Working Environment** Today, Chuangchi Technology’s Third Production Workshop in the industrial park successfully completed the installation of a central air-conditioning system, marking an important step forward in the company’s efforts to build an intelligent and employee‑friendly production environment. The renovation covers the entire workshop area, totaling 3,200 square meters, benefiting more than 200 frontline workers. As one of Chuangchi Technology’s core production units, the Third Workshop had long relied on traditional industrial fans for ventilation and cooling. With increasingly frequent summer heatwaves driving indoor temperatures above 35°C, equipment failure rates rose and worker productivity declined. To safeguard employees’ health and boost production efficiency, company management conducted extensive research and decided to invest 1.8 million yuan in upgrading the facility with a central air-conditioning system. Since the project began in March this year, the construction team overcame challenges such as complex spatial layouts and difficult pipeline modifications, employing modular installation techniques. Without disrupting normal operations, they completed the entire project in 90 days. The newly installed variable‑frequency multi‑split central air-conditioning system features intelligent temperature control and energy‑saving, environmentally friendly design, automatically adjusting its operating mode based on real-time workshop conditions and achieving energy savings of over 30% compared to conventional equipment. “Now my work uniform finally stays dry!” said Master Wang, who operates a CNC machine. “In the past, during summer shifts, sweat would often blur my vision. Now, with a constant 26°C environment, I can focus much better.” According to production department statistics, since the air conditioning was commissioned, equipment downtime caused by high temperatures has dropped by 75%, while the defect rate of finished products has decreased by 0.8 percentage points.
